These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at imperialliving.in ("Website"), operated by Impericraft Ventures LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

By accessing or using this Website, browsing our content, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing any product through our Website or associated sales channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

About Imperial Living

Imperial Living is an internal business division of Impericraft Ventures LLP and is not a separately incorporated legal entity. All legal rights, obligations, and liabilities arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of products vest in Impericraft Ventures LLP.

Imperial Living curates and retails premium artisan home décor and lifestyle products — including copper, brass, kansa bronze, and marble inlay items — sourced directly from artisan manufacturing clusters across India including Moradabad, Sihor, Agra, and Jaipur.

Products are sold primarily through Amazon India and directly via enquiry through this Website. All Amazon transactions are separately governed by Amazon's terms and conditions.

Use of This Website

This Website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about Imperial Living, browse our product range, and contact us for enquiries or orders. You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Products & Orders

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including materials, dimensions, weight, and finish. However, since all our products are handcrafted artisan items, slight variations in colour, texture, weight, and finish are inherent characteristics of the craft — not defects. Product images are representative and actual products may differ slightly.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Orders via Amazon India: For orders placed through Amazon India, Amazon's order confirmation, cancellation, and fulfilment terms apply. Imperial Living operates as an Amazon marketplace seller and is bound by Amazon's seller policies.

Direct Orders: For orders placed directly through our contact form or email, your order is confirmed only upon written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability.

Order Cancellation: Direct orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at imperialcraft@gmail.com. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on this Website and on Amazon India are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• For Amazon orders, pricing at the time of checkout on Amazon.in governs the transaction
• For direct orders, pricing is confirmed in writing by us before payment is accepted
• We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods communicated at the time of order confirmation
• We do not accept cash on delivery for direct orders unless expressly agreed in writing

We are not responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway charges that your bank or payment provider may levy.

Shipping & Delivery

Amazon Orders: Shipping, delivery timelines, and logistics for Amazon orders are managed by Amazon and its logistics partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout on Amazon.in are estimates and may vary.

Direct Orders: For direct orders, shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Standard delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 working days
• Other cities and towns: 5–7 working days
• Remote or rural locations: 7–12 working days

These are estimates and are subject to factors beyond our control including logistics delays, natural events, public holidays, and courier capacity.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

We currently ship across India only for direct orders. International shipping is available through our export division Vedic Living Exports for B2B bulk orders — contact us separately for international enquiries.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to the Imperial Living name, logo, brand identity, text, product descriptions, images, design, layout, graphics, and code — is the exclusive property of Impericraft Ventures LLP and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws including the Trade Marks Act 1999 and the Copyright Act 1957.

• You may not reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without our prior written consent
• The IMPERICRAFT and IMPERIAL LIVING names and logos are proprietary marks of Impericraft Ventures LLP — trademark registration pending
• Product images and creative content are original works protected under copyright

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of this Website or purchase of our products, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

For consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or the e-DAAKHIL portal (edaakhil.nic.in) for online dispute resolution.
